POSiR Golęcin Stadium
The athletics stadium in Golęcin is located in a sports complex located in the north-western green wedge of the City of Poznań. With stands for 3,000 seats, the facility has full athletic equipment and social facilities enabling the organization of international and national sports competitions, camps and sports training camps. There is also a gym available. The stadium is adjacent to a warm-up field with artificial turf and a 4-lane running track, a long jump and triple jump, a high jump and a shot put field. Next to it, there is a separate throwing area for hammer and discus throwing, for training and competitions.
The athletics facilities in Golęcin are adjacent to the Tennis Park, which offers year-round indoor and outdoor tennis courts - both clay and artificial grass, and a speedway stadium which is the arena of the 1st Speedway League.
The attractiveness of the area is increased by its location in the Golęcin Forest by Lake Rusałka. The picturesque green surroundings create the possibility of various forms of recreation - both walking and cycling.
